    3) Sleep when given the chance. Eat what and if you're given to eat. (even if it is drugged)
    
    4) Make friends
    
    DON'T
    
    1) Run your "delightful" foul little mouth.
    
    2) Panic. Don't cry. BREATHE. In. And out.
    
    3) Never assume you're unsupervised.
    
    4) Wait. Take every opportunity afforded to get out or get privileges.
