Scarlett was born with her snake tattoos she was born with two a black heart with a snake in it on her right cheek and another on her neck a snake wrapped around a sword her father didn't know what it meant.

Her parents worked with the dark lord very high up in his army right there with Draco's parents her parents and Draco's parents were best friends they got pregnant at the same time and had Draco and Scarlett a week apart Scarlett being older.
