James and the Halloween Curse of Sodor
On the Island of Sodor, where many living engines work, Halloween is fast approaching, and this year is surprisingly gearing up to be bigger and better than before. However, suspicions arise as months before, a strange government facility is built in close proximity to Vicarstown and Crovans Gate, complete with their own strange engine, to whom one of the NWR's engines is familiar.
