This is a story about how Tengan was gonna tell Kyojuro that he loves him. But Kyojuro was diagnosed with Necrotizing Fasciitis which changed their lives forever. Necrotizing Fasciitis is a rapidly progressive infection that destroys deep soft tissues including muscle fascia and overlying subcutaneous fat. It eventually leads to death in atleast a month.
