Basically, in the zombie-filled world, littles have practically gone extinct. On the team, Daryl has everyone convinced he's simply a neutral, even himself. After all, growing up he wasn't exactly told to embrace his classification.
However, a couple slip ups begin to gather the attention of a couple caregivers.
