A while ago, there had been a car accident and a woman was brought in, heavily wounded. It had been Miss Imperator, or as she was called in the satanic Ministry just outside of town, Sister Imperator. She had recovered quite well and would have her bandages removed for the final time, today, after which she was allowed to return home. This is where you would meet the Cardinal.
