Jasper, Nevada is the total opposite of Canada. Moving so far away from my friends and family with my brothers. we all playing in a band and I'm the lead singer and player but also the editor when we make videos. I wanted to stay at home but my brother found a nice cheap place to stay in alittle quite town in Jasper.
Heat and sun dont mix with me at all, but going to school and making some new friends is good for me. inviting them to a little concert my brothers and I are having in the middle of the dessert. Whats the worst that can happen.
Maybe meeting my soulmate and my brothers soulmates and finding out a giant secret about them. Will I be able to handle all of this information and stress, can I keep my life balanced and will I accept my soulmate and will he accept me.

The Girls with the Flame Tattoos
In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. And even if you are near your match, as long as one of you are not of age, your tattoo will not tingle. Also, they are normal tattoos (except you don't get it or choose it, it just appears) so you can get rid of it. But if you do, your sm won't die but they will get very sick. The main characters of this story, Violet West (18) and Harper Black (20), both have a flame tattoo on their cheek.
