Teenage angst takes a dark turn in many people's lives.

In the year 2005, Ninon Hasumi was 14. She wondered when she'd see the next blue spring, or if the prior blue spring was the last time she'd feel happy and content in her life. Ninon finds her escape by hanging around gangs. Putting herself in these dangerous situations if often the only salvation when the pain and anxiety of teenage life becomes too much to bear.

When she becomes infatuated with the notorious leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang, or better known as Toman, things become a little harder.
