***Employees are strictly prohibited from asking questions regarding the identity of the upstairs occupant. this includes her name, age, appearance, condition, or the reason for her stay inside Parola Dela Isla Inamorata. curiosity will be interpreted as a breach of contract.

***whatever sounds you may hear after 9:00 PM must be ignored completely. This includes footsteps, knocking, whistling, crying, the sound of a mourning violin, or voices resembling your fellow employees. All personnel will already be inside their rooms by then......
