We always Have tomorrow, or do we? What happens when you don't, and you only have today? Donnie is your average guy, going to school every day, sleeping until 3PM and booze, lots of booze. Until a letter is passed through his door, Claiming that his life is a lie, and existence, as we know it, ends in 24 hours. With existence collapsing, What does anyone do? kill his grandma? Sure! Why not? Not like she's real anyway. A story of broken fates, hate, and general nonsense, We always Have Tomorrow is a story like no other.

From egocentrism to geocentrism, to heliocentrism, to a few specks of dust on the edge of the universe, the history of science has taught us that giving too much importance to humanity is a mistake. This book is not fiction but a real possibility of one or multiple realities. From my perspective, the theories it explores are no less credible than any religion ever invented by humankind. Everyone has heard of the ancestor simulation theory. And it is through two thousand iterations of such simulations that this story begins. But it will take us far beyond anything the reader expects to find in a novel of this kind.

(I'll use MC for the protagonist. I want the reader to be able to read freely, project or insert their own OCs in the story) Life's been a real rollercoaster for you lately. School's a total nightmare, and things at home with mom are a hot mess ever since dad passed away. Just when you're about to throw in the towel, you wake up in a hospital room, and to your shock, your dad's right there with you, but nothing makes sense with the memories you keep. Before you can even process this bizarre reunion, you and your dad are victims of an attempted kidnapping, you being rescued by 4 mutant turtle brothers, who offer to help you find your father. As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. Plus, English isn't my first language, so sorry if the phrasing is a bit off. Just in case, I'll mention neither TMNT 2012 or the fanart used for the cover are mine. They have software controlling their vocal output so that what they say always makes perfect sense, even in pronunciation. Everyone agrees on one thing: If they had a heart, they'd be just about human. And that's just it. Somewhere out there, the original prototype is running about, disguising himself as a normal gen3 RCA, when in reality, he's the only non-organic thing on earth to have emotion, and thought. The other RCAS are programmed to identify him as an immediate danger to the public. So he's always moving around. Looking for the finish to his one computer-made script, aptly called 'fate'.
