"How far can you go?" She couldn't say a word as his hand carefully caressed her cheek, the cool metal of his rings causing a chill to rush down her spine, yet his proximity lighting a fire that burnt deeper than anything that she'd ever felt.
Her eyes glazed over as one of his thumbs slightly brushed her lips. "You pledged your loyalty to me, after all. Not the empire."
Taking a deep breath, her voice unwavering she spoke. "Should you desire, I shall unleash a fire onto the empire until nothing remains but a dance of flames."
