After an accident considering a train wreck in the Gotham public transit, where the driver found herself sputtering, eyes wide and on the brink of collapsing with fear. Something about the subject was so bitterly familiar to Batman's mind, he can't help but investigate, starting with Gotham's Rouge Gallery. (This story is heavily inspired by the Batman Novel Fear Itself by Michael Reaves and Steven-Elliot Altman.
