Graves was tired of being at every government's beck and call. Urban warfare had tired him and his Shadow Company had entered a time of peace. Especially with the political climate starting to reunify into something more. But it's only the beginning. 

He got an offer for something new and he knew he had a plus one ticket for a few of his own due to the unique nature of this request. His PMC services would go unnoticed by the UN so long as he left someone else in his stead. 

The unique request? Come to Pandora, work for three years on the planet and return home.

Back when Jake was on Earth, he had another kid, but when his first wife died during childbirth, it was just him and his son Y/n. After his brother died it was just him and his son. When he was recruited to go to Pandora his son couldn't come along, but he promised that he would return. After years and years he never returned. Y/n eventually gave up on his dad. After a few years of being alone he was approached by the RDA. They gave him an offer to join the super soldier program.

She meets a sweet male Navi called Neteyam who draws her out of the forest. The war follows Jake Sullys family and y/n is caught in the middle as a way to help the Navi. She hates what the sky people have done to Pandora and cares about the land. Eywa hears her prayers even though she is not Navi. The Navi believe the a person is born twice and Eywa gives her that second chance. I do not own any of the characters other than y/n. I do wish that no one copy this story.

You now work for the RDA, one of the final strands of HYDRA, and certainly the most corrupt one. This large, slow-build story is essentially an Avatar 3 (with heat and flare!) through Miles Quaritch's eyes after the events of the Way of Water and continuing his parallels with Jake Sully. The story really expands to a movie-sized scope as it goes on. Features Miles' existential crisis and also flashbacks to when Spider was with the 1st Recom Unit. Recoms Lyle Wainfleet and Mansk are also greatly developed. Did my best to be logical and reasonable with the in-movies set canon, and sequel foreshadowing. There are a *few* instances of eventual smut, but there are content warnings and it is kindly written to be skippable if that's not your thing! : )
