A girl named Armaita thought she was a normal girl, until she realizes that she has never told a lie in her life. How she realizes this is simple; two winged strangers appear and tell her. But this is not all they tell her. Before Armaita knows it, she is being sucked into a whole new world, where she's suppose to be some lost angel that is meant to bring truth and peace to the world. Problem is, if she ISN'T the angel, then she's going to be killed. Will she make it? She doesn't even know the answer to that question herself.

"Have you found her yet?!" a man sitting on chair asks impatiently. "No, my lord," the soldier says bowing his head. "Well what are you doing here then?" asks the man with anger. "Um- well." "Well are you going to answer or are you just going to stand there like a fool!" he says rudely. "Ah well you see. There are a lot of guards around her and we...the soldiers don't know how to get past all of them without being seen." "So make a plan. I give you one job and you can't do it yourself. You should pity yourself!" the man says standing up abruptly making the chair fall. "Well we do have a plan, my lord." "Okay," the man says staring at the soldier, "Tell me!" he adds when the soldier stays quiet. "We were wondering if we could kill them all by making a trap." "Okay then kill them," the man says with no mercy. "Yes, my lord. We will leave tomorrow," the soldier says bowing his head and leaves. ______________________________ When Arielle gets kidnapped by her mate, she is introduced to a completely new world that changes her life forever. 15 parts Complete

[Entry for the 2021 Open Novella Contest with prompts 1 and 20!] "Truth is, there are no innocent people in this world. Never has been, never will be." Jude was born on the day when Alucinatio, the Star of Blood, lit up the night sky. Following the prophecy of the star, he was raised to become the great saviour of the sorcerer kingdom Mendax. And Jude became exactly that, honing his magical powers and challenging the reign of the Empire of Dorobo like a mere walk in the park. Despite having this popularity and praise, though, the empty Jude still desires something more than fighting the same enemies and saving the same people every damned time. And then everything changes after meeting Prema, a young lady of the Hantri tribe. Upon getting to know her, Jude becomes conflicted; Prema is nothing like the savages in the stories he's been told. In fact, Jude starts losing the ability to hold on to his beliefs. Should he trust his friends and family? Should he listen to his enemies? Through magical scuffles and internal struggles, Jude strives to figure out who he's truly meant to be, who the "good guys" of this world are. With rising tension between civilizations, however, such a task is way harder than it sounds. But then he learns the truth. The truth about the kingdom, the empire, and the tribe. The truth about magic in this nation. The truth about people.
