The big house, maids and cooks. The fancy cars and rich lifestyle. It all sounds nice in theory. But all of the conditions it comes with doesn't seem worth it. Forced to live with her mother, Cassidy has no choice but to leave her home and follow her mother's every word. This also includes going to a new school and meeting new people. Against her will, Cassidy attends Saint Benedict academy; where a teacher catches her attention and becomes part of her rebellious plan to get out of her mother's grasp.

Poor Spencer just wanted to stick to himself. Two years ago his heart broke, and now he's picking up the pieces. An introvert and hard working educator, Spencer just wants to be by himself and talk to his sister from time to time. That all goes to shit when a certain student tests his self control and his commitment to his job.

When the lives of these two intertwine, the lines between teacher and student and healthy and unhealthy start to blur.
