FALLOUT: NEW VEGAS: City of Woe [MR x GenderBent!Hazbin Hotel]

After cheating death in the cemetery outside Goodsprings, and forever changing the Mojave Wasteland, you, Courier Six, must now assist with the rebuilding and general protection of New Vegas and its surrounding desert. About a year has passed since your victory at The Second Battle of Hoover Dam, and things have been going relatively smoothly. Well... As smooth as rebuilding a society in a desert with what's left of the U.S. Government and a bunch of Roman Cosplayers breathing down your neck can go. That is until you receive word that a group of raiders have made their home in Red Rock Canyon after the Great Khans left it abandoned. You decide to go and clear them out before they get any clever ideas and raid any nearby settlements. But before you even get the chance, you get a message from them calling you out by name. Without much of a choice, you decide to go and get rid of them before they decide to come for you and potentially put others in harm's way.
However... As soon as you clear them out and look for answers, all you get are more questions on why these raiders are here and why they specifically want you.
So you set out to find the head of these raiders so you can know the truth...

And the truth...

Will set you free...
