A Spoonful of Sugar

Ava Grace Carson, nicknamed Gracie, is the new owner of A Spoonful of Sugar, a cozy candy store in the financial district of Toronto infamous for its warmth and delectable treats. She is a bubbly, compassionate and sweet. In her free time, she volunteers at a dog rescue and loves reading and cooking. Gracie is looking for an apartment in Toronto, but can't afford one yet. What will happen when the mysterious woman from across the street offers her the deal of a lifetime?

Noa Andrews is the CEO of Andrews LLC, an internationally recognized law firm that represents underprivileged women. Noa seems cold and unapproachable to many, and has a reputation for being ruthless. She fights for justice, and won't stop until it prevails. Only those close to Noa know that she only has one obsession - red jelly beans. What happens when the bookstore across the street from her law firm is transformed into a candy store?

Noa has been smitten with Gracie ever since she handed her a bag full of cherry red jelly jeans - yep, ONLY red. When Noa is forced to marry someone for press reasons, she can't imagine herself with anyone else. Gracie however, is convinced that Noa hates her but is also facing struggles of her own -she can't find an affordable apartment that allows her miniature Weiner dog, Richard.

Somewhere in the midst of their charade, the lines between friendship and something more start to blur.
