Why Is Molecular Diagnosis Important?
Molecular diagnostic kits is the application of molecular biology to detect the structures or expression level changes of genetic materials, aiming to determine the susceptibility of individuals to certain diseases and existing diseases. Diagnostic technology used in molecular diagnostics kits include nucleic acid purification and quantification, PCR amplification, and gene sequencing. With better specificity, sensitivity, and detection speed, molecular testing products are being increasingly used and have replaced numerous traditional tests in many areas of laboratory medicine, including infectious diseases, oncology, prenatal screening, and clinical genetics.
