this is going to be draco x y/n potter where at the start y/n is being forced to move to hogwarts in her 5th year as, after harry's apparent sighting of voldemort, y/n is told it isn't safe for her at her current school and she would be safer if she were with harry as they could protect each other. However, tension builds between the twins after y/n gets put into slytherin, and there's even more now she's started hanging out with a certain platinum blonde boy.
