Sanguine Alchemy, Chapter 1

Sanguine Alchemy is about a universe where a meteor has impacted into the Earth several dozen millenia ago. The meteor passed through the Earth's crust right into the heart of the planet, shaking it to the core and with it, newborns gained powers never before seen.
The story is set in the year 3032 and begins in the city of Concord.
It is in an episodic format, every episode containing three parts of an overarching story. I plan to have the books in several chapters, these chapters containing several episodes.
We follow a person of fox-like features named Vesper Nychta, a Thread magic user and his two friends, Ceres Petra, a girl with deer-ish features and Terrain bending abilities and Hermes Alto, an elf with the ability to make air flow with the movement of his hands.
Their journey will take them through the continents of the planet, one unlike the Earth we live on, through the wars and despairs between the cities and their residents and the cruelty of the Tenebris Noctis, a formation of Abyss users with duskbringers under their wings, wanting to make their true master be reborn and the end of the Garden.
