America had his feet on his desk and a glass of whiskey in his hand, like he usually did. It was a habit he'd had since the days of his revolution, and probably before that (he may have been too drunk to completely remember whether or not he had). He was tired of working, and found himself staring out the window of his office in the FBI. His eyes began to follow the streets far below. Normally, he would have been in the White House, but the president said something about the FBI director needing him for something. America was sure that the president was just trying to get him out of there for at least a little while.
