To many people, Marie Jeanne Horan is known as the younger sister of Niall Horan, whose life appears to revolve around the latest fashion trends and lots and lots of make up.

No one knows about the struggles Marie went through as a child, and the anxiety she still deals with on a daily basis. Then there’s also the secret that has been well hidden by her family for many years, but threatens to spill because of the curious minds of fans and the media.

The pressure becomes too much for Marie to handle, and when things go from bad to worse, Niall makes a decision that would hopefully be good for her.

After graduation, Marie joins One Direction on their American leg of their tour. She meets lots of people, gets to see the world, and stays at the fanciest hotels. But Marie soon enough realizes that even on the other side of the world, she can’t outrun her struggles, and needs to learn to deal with them instead.
