Gojo and Geto are actors and both play the role of 2 lover boys. Twist is that there acting is not acting, it's just acting.
Confused as it gets they'll both eventually find a way/solution to keep it just as friends. Both ignoring there romantic feelings for eachother to avoid damage to there friendship, just like the movie there playing as.
