"And this, please sign it." My hand was shaking as I handed him the pen. No, don't sign it idiot! I don't want you to, I thought. With one swift flick of his hand, his signature was made. I took the piece of document from him and faced him hiding the sombre expression lurking behind.

"Now repeat after me...I won't - " I paused. It was unbelievable that I was about to say this.

"I won't fall in love with Maddie Forster." I continued.

A small smile tugged at his lips as he took my hand and placed it on his beating heart.

"I won't fall in love with Maddie Foster...." He closed his eyes and chuckled slightly, "ever." he finished.

Maddie Forster, a 17 year old who has more skills in setting strangers on a date than academics, is known as, "The Matchmaker".
