The year is 1991, La Gran Colombia or The Great Colombia didn't collapse, and somehow it manage to survive most of its history after two civil wars and multiple coup d'etat; thankfully right after suffering it's most damaging conflict during WWII it managed to be ruled and become the most powerful nation on earth by a Deep State organization known as "La divina Providencia" or The Divine Providence. It's members are capable of using weird and mysterious spirits that hold great power called "Manitou".

One of said members has been kicked out of the organization her name is "Lucifer", previously known as "Metatron" she goes on a peril of great danger finding a way to dethrone her sister "Sandalphon" the current chairwoman of the group and to greater extend the whole country.

Lucifer isn't alone, as she meets with Pedro, and orphan kid from Bogota who sells flowers to survive his day to day, and Pedro, a teenager from the plains of the Venezuela Department.

She must use her sharpness, Joel knowledge and Pedro kindness if she wants to achieve her goals.
