Asmund Raven, the Sovereign of Knowledge has traveled to earth from the realm of Deities to look for his mother, Hecate, Goddess of Necromancy and Witchcraft. She was cursed by the First born to not continue her cycle, but instead give birth to him, as well as his brother Velkro, the Sovereign of Chaos. Hecate ,growing ill, went down to Earth to see if the veil that the Council had put over it could stop the curse and her ultimate death.
