Humanity's gods and their angels, they were all real, but they aren't seen nor called as angels anymore.

It is said that men who were born with or acquired the Enochian tongue could speak the language of the angels. They could speak with the nephilims sealed inside them since the deal of Noah with their kind long ago. And with but a single conversation, a man can gain the powers of that nephilim, thus turning into a mortal god, an Awoken.

After the New World managed to rebuild the world they once knew, after an Awoken made the world drop on its knees a decade ago, Ashton Cale, a 16-year old top student, continues his blessed, yet boring paradox for a fate in the city of Xenia, the self-proclaimed perfect and governing nation of the New World Union. But soon he learns how the tapestry of fates can be rewoven with but an unheard tick--an accident in his case--in the waves of time. He finds himself under the mercy of a legendary Awoken that once made the Dark Ages, and made it even more darker, an Awoken named Seraphine.

With unknown motives swimming through the unseen flurries of the voids of his mind, Ashton finds himself against the New World and its unions. He finds himself walking a darker path with a new reflection in Seraphine's army, paved by his choice of fate, as a Power of the Envies.

The Virus Within: The Unranked (Book 4)

50 parts Complete

Season 4 of The Virus Within Trinity is familiar with zombies, being one herself, but when strange zombies start appearing, she realizes that the world she knew might be changing yet again. When a dangerous set of scientific notes are discovered, Trinity and her friends don't realize anything is wrong until a frantic radio call comes in. Unaware of the notes, they race to the south and struggle to determine where the strange zombies came from. The zombies are unlike any ranks previously seen, and they aren't as predictable. Some have new tricks hidden up sleeves, forcing any Stronghold they encounter to quickly adapt to the new challenge or risk being overrun. Secrets never remain hidden, and zombie apocalypses never make life easy.
