In elementary school Karin and Sasuke were bestfriends. Then came middle school and Sasuke acted like he wanted nothing to do with Karin. Until one day Karin's asked to the dance and the boy compliments her hair. So Sasuke tells her he's always hated her ugly red hair after sitting with it she cuts her hair in class to Sasuke's shock. She leaves and never comes back. Eventually moving away all together. Back in 5th grade they planned to go to the same college. They both still apply there Karin forgetting their plan and Sasuke only applying because he remembers. Meeting again and clearing the air can they rekindle their old feelings or is it too far gone.
