A child can't see their own scars in a broken mirror. That was why the Dixons home was littered with them.
Wren Dixon never knew what it was like to have a family, as all she knew was the people she got stuck with at birth. The family she was born into.
But family doesn't have to be blood.
She never knew the way she was treated and raised wasn't right, nor did she question it.
When Wren finds people that welcome her with open arms her view of the world is put to the test.
