When Emily tells Riley she likes Michelle, Emily decides to take her crush to the next level by making moves. These moves lead to them both getting locked in the office together and finding out the both like each other.
When Nationals comes Michelle learns more about Emily and her 'childish' behaviour when she's nervous. Emily also learns more about Michelle and how she's really feeling.
After Nationals when Michelle decides to leave the studio it leaves Emily in a wreck which effects the team for internationals. Michelle tells her to focus on internationals for her.
At internationals Michelle surprises Emily and then Emily ends up going back with Michelle and live a normal, happy life. This is when marriage enters both of their lifes.
