Taking place in a alternate timeline, Mike a scientist at InGen assigned to site c for research on behavior of the Dinosaurs since unlike the original Jurassic park they are less killing and more animals, being allowed to grow up mostly without human interference but this might have caused problems....(mostly it takes place on abandoned site other than sorna since in this timeline Sorna is functioning park so they decide to go to this site to salvage what they can and refurbish it)

Set four years after the events of Jurassic Park. Ian and Clarissa Malcolm are happier than ever until Clary receives news from her father and he wants them both to meet him at his home. But it's not good news. John Hammond had a second island where his experiment ran free without fences and he sent Clarissa's student, Sarah Harding, to the island. After a lecture Alan Grant and Clarissa Malcolm did together, they were approached by a man offering to fund Grant's research if he gave him and his wife an illegal aerial tour of Isla Sorna. Upon telling Ian about what was going on, Ian was very against the idea, knowing that something might go wrong. Clarissa assured her husband that nothing would go wrong and it was a quick flight tour and no ground activity.
