They've been in the same school since elementary school. And shanks had always hated the blue haired boy, he found the clown weird and annoying. Tho he never did anything mean to the clown.
In his first year of high school, he got new friends, bad influences... And now he was bullying the clown with his friend group for 2 years...
What he didn't know, was that the clown was in the same dorm as his this year. And that was going to be annoying, or maybe not...
