This book is written as if I were talking directly to you within a conversation, I want you to feel as though you can take part within this conversation so after each chapter there will be a few pages where you can write your responses to the section if you wish. This isn't a true story for some but for others it is just life. Hard, and at times shitty, but we work through it and most times the hard work pays off.
