Every Inkling kid's dream is to make it big on the Turf War scene and become one of the legendary players that stand at the top. This excitable little squid is no different, and an opportunity to train with a woman well beyond her skill level isn't something she'll pass up easily. Unfortunately, not all is as it seems, and what was supposed to be summertime training quickly turns into a mess. Family drama, squidnappings, bad guys galore, school (eugh), will she be able to keep it all together and become the legendary Turf War player she's always dreamed of being?
A fan-written retelling of Splatoon 2's single-player mode.
Nintendo owns all of these properties, none of this is mine, but since it is fan-written and Splatoon isn't known for its riveting storytelling, creative liberties were taken to hopefully provide a better experience. Please don't sue me.

Edit of Feb 14, 2023 This book is DISCONTINUED. It was taken down around 2019? 2020 due to friends and family finding it. I will now be posting everything unedited and unfinished for the sake of not feeling bad about the "talent" that middle school me felt when writing this. I wrote this because I couldn't find a good Splatoon 2 fanfic and decided I'd do it myself, I still use that kind of motivation to write things like music now 💀 Eyyy, so i was playing Squid Splat earlier and felt inspired! Reader is female in this book! (Sorry to you guys...i might make a gender bend? Idk) THIS IS A STORY! YES A STORY!! Yaaay!~ Anyway uh Y/n = Your name Blah blah blah... Y/n isn't like most inklings. She can still turf and fight and do what most inklings do, but what makes her stand out is her colors. Her colors aren't like other inklings you see in Inkopolis. Like Marie and Pearl. Her hair color is white and changes color depending on what she wants and almost always changes her hair style. She also changes eye color constantly. So sometimes no one even recognizes her. She heard of rumors of the old subway station and she's seen another inkling who's told her that he's an agent...agent 4, near what seems to be a sewer? What happens when she wanders into both paths and ends up in deeper ink than she intended to? Read the book to find out duh.... Based off of the same universe of my main series, Splatoon: Love and War, two characters from the video game: Splatoon 1 and 2, Leon known as Agent 4 of the squidbeak splatoon and the queen herself, Marie! This fanfic is all about family, love, and comedic adventures of the life of Agent 4 X Marie! I highly recommend you read the first book to understand these characters a little better! With Alt Series being re-written, why not put the books into one and keep them all? Set within the Splatoon universe with blood, war, angst, fluff and so much more, our main characters travel to different timelines where they combat one problem after another and meet friends along the way. From sanitisation, to a world full of order, absolute chaos, or... places that aren't Inkopolis? These worlds could contain anything and what ever awaits them on the other side of their portals will definatlely be an adventure. This series of events in this book is (technically was because it is being re-written) canonical to the 38 Saga. However, this follows a different story, so you do not need to read it to understand these books.
