Izuku is the biological son of Dabi, the result of a one-night stand with a girl possessing green wings. Manifesting blue wings of pure fire with a vulnerability to liquids and blue eyes, Izuku's unique abilities set him apart.
Struck by a surge of love when Hawks allows him to escape capture, Dabi harbors a desire to create the illusion that his future child is biologically connected to Hawks. Fearful of rejection and the potential to drive away his beloved, Dabi keeps this secret from Hawks. Consequently, he encourages his son to go to UA with the hope that Izuku will eventually disclose the truth to Hawks through an internship, who is regarded by Izuku as his mom. However, the question lingers: does Hawks remember Dabi? Will Hawks accept Dabi's love for him?
Despite financial challenges stemming from Dabi's villainous activities, Izuku remains unwaveringly devoted to his father. Every action Izuku takes is driven by a deep love for Dabi. So much so, Izuku is okay with losing his friendship with Katsuki to be with his dad.
