The Storm We Carry

When the Dark Elven civil war began, the poorest and most desperate of them fled to the surface, in hopes of escaping both the tyranny of their queen, and the violence of the rebellion. But as they fled, one of their own stole something, something the rebels need for victory.

A hero is injured in their defense, and the world holds its breath as he recovers. But old wounds between the Dark Elves and the surfacers threaten to undo their shaky alliance. Meanwhile, the rebels sent topside are torn between loyalty to the ideals of the rebellion, and the unreasonable demands of their Captain.

Both sides, rebels and refugees, threaten to be broken apart by conflict from within. Unless they can brave The Storm We Carry.
