Her first power is: ice manipulation
She can create, shape, and manipulate ice, water frozen into a solid state. As an elemental power, cryokinesis has a nigh-limitless number of uses, only limited by her imagination and her natural limits. Fundamentally. Y/n would be able to generate ice through various means, such as lowering the temperature of the surrounding air until solid ice forms or by freezing nearby water sources, and she can turn that object back into water.

(When I mean ice manipulation like she can use any power that involves ice for example-)

She ahas psychic ice manipulation: she can create and manipulate physic ice, frost and snow, allowing her to freeze the minds of other people, and rendering them numb

Same goes to

Ice mutation: can transform matter and objects, including any living being into ice

Frostbite/ freezing: SHE CAN FREEZE UP ANY PART OF SOMEONES BODY WHERE SHE CAN TURN THE TISSUES AND FLESH INTO SOLID ICE
MAKING THE VICTIM SHATTER TO PIECES DUE TO FREEZE DRYING LORENZO CAN ALSO LOWER TEMPERATURES OF LIQUIDS TO THE POINT WHICH CAUSES FREEZING

And

UNMELTABLE ICE:

SHE CAN GENERATE AND PROJECT SNOW/ICE THAT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OR CANNOT BE MELTED BY NORMAL
MEANS, SUCH AS EXTREME HEAT OR FIRE, THE ICE/ SNOW SHE CREATES
MAY ONLY BE MELTED BY HER OR SPECIAL MEANS.
