Being a teenager sucks, but why experience your life when you can read about someone else's? B is a teenager and she's got a weird friend group. She prefers to listen and observe rather than speak. B hasn't kissed anyone, done drugs, drank alcohol and she has not had sex. She has always been a relatively safe person, but she is a teenager, so she's gonna be messed up; at least a little. Or maybe...she just gets messed up when she...falls in love? How would she know? She's never fallen in love before but now, after that party, she doesn't know if her friends are just friends or if these 'strangers' are just strangers. Deep in the breathtaking forests of California, there's a school unlike any other-a hidden haven for six teenagers from all corners of the globe. Life here isn't perfect, but it's simple... until it isn't. They laugh, they argue, they grow-bonded by late nights, inside jokes, and the magic of their differences. In this strange, beautiful mix of cultures and identities, growing up feels a little less lonely. But then something changed. Something cracked the core of their tight-knit circle- A fight? A betrayal? Or something else entirely? Now, with trust shaken and the future unclear, the question lingers: Can they find their way back to each other? "We're different. But that doesn't mean we have to shrink ourselves to fit what society expects." - MacKenzie Gauthier
