Born of Fire. (Zuko x OC) book 1 by caramel-rage

This is an Avatar : The Last Airbender fanfic in which my OC, Madelyn Grace Langston (or Maddy) is integrated into the story without changing the plot a whole lot. This is a Zuko love story too. and I tried to make it as good as a writer like me can. This is only the first book, Water, and if it gets good views I will continue with the next two and maybe the stories after that as well. Madelyn is from the universe where ATLA is just a tv show, by just mean the only thing she seems to find any peace in, and she suddenly awakens on the deck of a certain Prince Zuko's ship and is immediately thrown into his chaotic hunt of the Avatar. After practically raising herself in her flawed home, she became independent and learned how to keep her emotions in check, but when she finds love sneaking up on her she starts to lose the side of her that craves solitude and darkness. Her phobia of fire and sudden talent for firebending create a chaotic pair as she battles both herself and her emotions in a fight that can only end one way. Disclaimers: I do NOT own anyone from this story except Madelyn and everyone from her world. The plot and everything else belongs to the creators of the ATLA series. there will be mild language throughout the story.

If I could officially write a canon story that would allow Zukka to happen it would be this one and it takes place right after the comics. The New Ozai Society has once again been reformed but this time by a new familiar leader. During the Fire Festival Fire Lord Zuko hosts one of Team Avatar's members gets kidnapped. The rest of Team Avatar goes on a journey to save them. During their journey Katara unlocks a new terrifying ability in a life threatening fight, which completely reveals the hidden secrets exposed in Legend of Korra. Meanwhile on the journey Zuko and Sokka grow so close, unclear by what they might discover forced to look into themselves and find a brand new meaning of what love truly is. Once everyone thinks the journey is over something way worse occurs which may result in another World War. The positive and horrendous things discovered by Team Avatar will shape the future of not just the Fire Nation, but the whole world. In desperate need to protect both water tribes, yue is already engaged but the Chiefs daughter of the southern water tribe is forced to marry the eldest and only son of the fire nation for an alliance between the two, for the fire nation to stay away from the water tribe. Katara hates it there, the heat, the red, the gold, especially the gold, it reminded her of the princes eyes, a man she hates she's forced to marry. But what if he is just as miserable as she is? He just wanted to be home. He finally got it but is continued to be terrorized in his own palace.
