While you may notice some key/similar parts, moving forward from this point in the show everything has been set on a new path.

Katara was heat and cold as their bodies huddled desperately together, nothing would stand between them. Nothing in the damned world, until they felt to be one, a single being of movement, longing and love. This moment was theirs, their eternity. "You're going to break my heart, aren't you?"
