'Mam!why you want to reopen this case'there is nothing in this case,as victims family never let us investigate deeply.we only have known a normal details of him,nothing suspicious.
"Sir i know! But i think he didn't killed himself that suicide is highly suspicious,it was an cold blooded murder.
I dont have any evidence or anything but i can prove that was a murder" said jiya

'Look madam!we can't reopen that boy's case,postmortem report said it was a clear suicide,but if you're so sure that was a murder you can file a new case' said police official.
