Jessica was a 16 year old girl in New York, she's always had a passion for singing and is currently in the process of making her first song, and although she has a groundbreaking voice, she doesn't know the first thing about songwriting. One day she found a poster at school that seemed to be a music competition lead by her favourite singer, Alyssa Oakland. She needs ideas and can't think of anything so decides to ask her best friend, Liam. Although, he refuses. Responding "Jess, I know this is really important but just like you, I CANT WRITE EITHER!? But you know who can? Zane." Zane is a guy who has been bullying the both of them for years. He has VERY fluffy black hair with beautiful blue eyes, and has a surprisingly huge amount of following on YouTube for the music he makes. He's not exactly a jock but he's DEFINITELY popular. She was reluctant at first, hating the idea of even looking at him. "Nope, no, no way. You can try and convince me all you want but there's not a CHANCE im going to sit down with that ugly blonde annoying d*ckhead and work on MUSIC!! It takes time you know?" But Liam manages to convince her eventually. Forcing Jess in a very uncomfortable situation to ask the help of someone she hates with her whole being.
