We all know the tragic love story of the famous hero and warrior, but what if Macaque was never killed by Wukong? What if he never found him and just waited for his return instead of going after him? Wukong's story remains mostly the same, forced to assist Tripatake on his journey to regain his freedom back, fighting with DBK and retiring, making Mk his succesor. But what about Macaque? Well first of all he wouldn't have been killed by Wukong so Lady Bone Demon never had the chance to revive him. he never encountered Mk and neither did he encounter the gang.

Before he was Taken (Prologue)
A prologue to my "Taken" LMK Fanfic. The story of what led to the present we find ourselves in. Answering the questions of: How did they all meet? What was Wukong and Macaque's falling out like in this timeline? How did the Brotherhood beat the Jade Emperor? Why does Macaque have scars from the Lady Bone Demon? What is Tang's past life trying to get him to remember? Exactly what is that the Jade Emperor fears so much from Macaque and Wukong's future children? All and more will be answered as we take a step into the past, before HE was Taken.
His Melody (Shadowpeach)
This world is filled with flying stars, But among those stars. There is only one bright star in the eyes of millions. Macaque, A rising star and the attraction to many hearts. He easily caught attention to everyone whom laid eyes on him, his charm, his voice, his presence was almost too hard to resist. Wukong, A witness to the growth of popularity of the star through his younger brother, MK. Wukong isn't much of a fan to this rising star, disliking the fact his younger brother likes such an idol. ♡ "Oh please sunny! Can we go get those tickets to see him? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity...!" Mk pleaded to his older brother in desperation. ♡ What if Wukong meets this idol, would he change his mind? Or rather a change of heart?

(HELLO! a lot of you know me from my CampCamp fanfic "Inmates" but guess what! Now I'm in a looot of different fandoms and I'm trying something New. Now of course this contains mature themes (y'all know me :3) buuut it'll also have some fluff ☺️ , angst, and just scenes I would imagine Wukong and Macaque would have.) (This is majority a Shadowpeach story, but other ones will be included) After the Lady Bone Demon was defeated there wasn't much to do for a while, so everyone was just chilling and being calm. Two Monkies, how ever, are trying to sort out their issues from the past. Every time they talk about it it gets heated, but maybe that's a good thing...
Macaque's Successor
The reader is MK's non-identical twin sister. When Pigsy both sent the two out for noodle deliveries, MK went to deliver his stack of noodles, while you did your deliveries, and while you did your deliveries, you found a staff, for a second, you thought it was Monkey King's staff, but it was black highlighted with gold. Without thinking, you picked it up and felt a surge of power through you, and that's when you met Macaque. He looked almost like Monkey King, but with black fur. He saw the staff in your hands and explained to you that only he could pick it up, but when he saw you holding it, he decided to take you under his wing, and make you his successor. So from that point, you trained to be a warrior and fought demons along with your brother. A/n-The reader has the exact same powers Macaque has, like aquatic breathing, enhanced hearing, Shadow Manipulation, Shadow Cloning, Shadow Monkeys, Shadow Transportation, Shadow Hiding, Smoke Generation, and shape-shifting. But while they walk around Wukong sees a familiar Shadow in the crowd. Was this... Macaque? But he was dead. He was sure of it. Was it a reincarnation? and if so... Would it be wrong to see what he's up to in his new life? or Wukong is not going on vacation and he's the one to watch "Shadow Play".
