It's summer 1978, and Tommy Slater and his sister Persephone (Penny) Slater, are spending their summer at camp night wing. Unlike her brother, Tommy, Penny is not so excited to be forced to come to this shit hole of a camp. But this time, Penny had a gut feeling that things might be different this summer at Nightwing.With a growing sense of foreboding and uncertainty, Penny is not quite sure what to expect this year.
