Safe and Sound

All Hannah has ever known is life on the streets of New York City. She was born in the streets, in the alleyway behind a Barnes and Noble store on a cold winter's night in December. She's spent eleven cold winters on the street with her mother and she's about to spend her twelfth year there too when things start to change.

Taylor and Travis, both taking well earned breaks from their careers, have been trying to have their own child for over a year and they are both growing increasingly frustrated and upset when the pregnancy tests come back negative. Finally deciding to throw in the towel and take the pressure off of themselves, they sign up to foster children in need. They have a match, a young girl from New York City.

Set in 2026 (starting on New Year's Day)
