A lot has happened for the world to get there. For example, World War III, loss and death, oh and time travel becoming a thing. 

Melody, a time travel student in college, finds herself stuck in a dilemma caught up between saving a baseball player, a rock musician, and her own yearning for fame. 

A dilemma of cliches, one may call it. And this is hers.
