A woman was kidnapped by hydra after almost dying. They injected her with the super solider serum which made her the Silent soldier. She never talked and was very powerful. She got taught sign language by Hydra and reported to hydra after every mission. She was trained and taught in the same building as all the other super soldiers. With Bucky Barnes.
