Jadepaw's life is not going the way she wants it to. She can't get in contact with the spirit of Ambereyes, she can't do much about the prophecy despite being told that she might be the key to it and her SpiritClan guides are being no help. Jadepaw does her best to focus on her job, but with so many dark spirits sneaking into the living world when they shouldn't be able to come in such droves, Jadepaw finds herself distracted until something begins burning in the Clans without her realizing. And the resulting blaze... well, it might not end well for the cats the founders claim to protect.

As they help BlazeClan make the journey to their final destination, Goslingpaw can't help but feel something is drawing her towards the supposedly mythical island they are headed towards. The voices are getting louder now; Goslingpaw's heart seems to be leading her home.
