Kibō has lost her older brother, Kashikoi who was her last close relative. One day during the Hanami festival a girl named Yorokobi stumbles upon Kibō. They become friends and go to the Hinamatsuri festival. The become closer as Kibō struggles with her grief. That's when Kibō meets Uchikina, he reminds her of Kashikoi and Kibō begins to move past her grief with the help of Uchikina.
