The Mirror decides all in the magical city of Eldendore, and Ava's fate is no different.

When it's her turn to stand before the Mirror at the King's court, Ava's life takes a turn for the unexpected. In the span of an evening, Ava ends up on an adventure with a former friend turned pickpocketing magician and the reluctant crown prince. Together, they'll try to find the goddess who enchanted the Mirror in the first place, and demand it be fixed-- but the question becomes not if can be fixed, but if it should be.

Outsmarting pirates, following lost legends, and even taking a trip to the valley of the Dead, their journey contains more than they bargained for and pits them against each other, even as it draws them closer.

Mystery, betrayal, magic, and a touch of romance lie in wait for Ava in a tale where nothing is what it seems.
