Ninja transmigrated into their movie verse
The Ninja's one day woke up not in their own room, The room was pretty much the same as their previous room, only now it was more modern.
The ninjas, of course, were confused. A few moments after they opened their eyes, their heads suddenly had a headache, a very bad headache.
Then suddenly they remember everything they went through in here, or rather obtained 'their' momery, all they knew is that they somehow transmigrated into another universe of them.
